1. Torre de Blanc-Project

Project status: Completed. The contingent of apartments is exhausted since May 2016.

Object details: 72 private residential units with balcony/loggia spread on 12 floors, 4 additional floors for parking spaces, a large entrance hall with 24/7 reception, a rooftop terrace, a gym as well as additional communal areas.

Project plan: Begin of the construction Phase in February 2017, planned hand-over of keys in September/October of 2018

Role of the Company Companions: Mediation of apartments from the exclusively selected contingent of the property developer to investors.


2. Concordia Living Apartamentos

The location (Carrera 1 Bis No. 12 D – 31, La Concordia, La Candelaria, Bogotá)

Project status: Purchase of the property was completed in the beginning of January 2017.

Object details: Development of 15 small-sized apartments for single persons, visiting professors or couples on an area of approx. 240 m2 and on 4 floors. Additionally, there is space for shared areas, a rooftop terrace, and green spaces on the first floor.

Project plan: Completion of the construction concept and receiving of the building permit in 2017.

Role of the Company Companions: Purchase of the property and independent development and construction of a residential building according to self-defined quality standards.

Project status: Purchase of the property is in negotiations. Search for co-investors.

Object details: Private residential units, green and communal spaces will be developed on an area of approximately 500 m2 and 8 floors.

Project plan: Search for co-investors from March 2017 on, purchase of the property.

Role of the Company Companions: Purchase of the property together with co-investors and independent development and construction of a residential building according to self-defined quality standards.

Project status: Purchase of the property was completed in the beginning of August 2017.

Object details: Development of 55 private residential units, an underground garage, a roof-top terrace, green spaces and shared areas on an area of 1.645 m2 and 6 floors.

Project plan: Examination of the construction possibilities, development of the construction concept and application for building permission in 2018.

Role of the Company Companions: Purchase of the property together with co-investors and independent development and construction of a residential building to self-defined quality standards.


5. Living in the middle of the lively student district

The location (Calle 16 A # 2, Las Aguas, La Candelaria, Bogotá)

Project status: Negotiations with owner

Object details: Development of a commercial space on the first floor, private residential units in the upper floors, a rooftop terrace and communal areas on a total area of 745m².

Project plan: After finished negotiation, search for co-investors starting in end of 2017, purchase of the property.

Role of the Company Companions: Purchase of the property together with co-investors and independent development and construction of a residential building to by us defined quality standards.
